Village Brochures
Atlantis Campus Communities operates high-end student housing complexes at Michigan State and Central Michigan Universities. They wanted brochures that attracted both parents and students to their communities. For the students, I focused on images of the extensive list of amenities and the shots of other students enjoying the complex. For the parents, I focused on the safety and security aspects of the community along with presenting an upscale image. Additionally, I placed the application and roommate forms inside the brochures, perforated and ready to fill out. The brochure was printed with four color process and a fifth metallic Pantone color for the cover.
