Inteior concept of creative offices in the former Brewery, named after Stepan Razin
Implementation: September 2016 - August 2017
Description: Located in the XIX century building of a former brewery, named after Stepan Razin, the project zone (the whole 2nd floor) used to be a very dark and unattractive space with a lot of closed small rooms (presumably, some offices and stocks of Soviet times), low ceiling and complicated navigation across dark narrow coridors.
Target: to make this part of the building the most attractive and profitable with a new creative leisure-and-work function.

Concept:
1. New comfortable and user-friendly navigation
- New partition structure consists of orthogonal system of box-offices, made of translucent grid partitions.
- The graphic signs on the floor show the direction of where to go.

- The day-light-preservation in the bright zone and a new vivid light-scenario in the dark zone.
- The boxes are positioned in a way to let the window light spread along the corridors between them. In addition the material of the boxes do not block the light, due to its' structure and white colour.
