The project "Afterlife" is based on sustainability and upcycling. The pictures here are just a few of the process,that is being followed. "Afterlife" means giving a second chance to the clothing discarded. The fabric which was never going to be used again. The fabric and the surface embellishment will be all discarded fabrics from the export houses. The idea is to make the most by making sure no harm is done to the environment. A piece of clothing which ensures no extra damage is done to our planet. The project is still in process.

For sourcing, Seelampur and Shadara has heaps of waste fabric to buy. Sold in kilos for a nominal price. Gather up all your patience and it's be your treasure chest.

After collecting heaps of fabric from friends,family and trips to Seelampur, I chose them to work forward with.
Note- Don't forget to wash them before you start with anything.

Nothing is outsourced for the project from stitching to hair and makeup to photography,as I feel I have much to learn.
