Three sides of each envelope perforates, turning the back of each envelope into a pre-preprinted return postcard to encourage a response and a continuation of the correspondence.

 Each envelope has a prompt to decorate the front of the return postcard, that prompts both the sender and receiver to engage in a creative conversation and learn more about each other.
