There is potential in common, everyday objects! I see beauty in simple materials like office supplies and hardware. After collecting and shopping for materials that I am instinctually drawn to I mix and match items that fit well together both visually and physically, connecting them in unexpected ways. I carefully construct three-dimensional pieces in order to explore placement and interaction with the human body. As a jewelry maker and designer, I am excited to push the boundaries of wearability in contemporary fashion by creating “post-apocalyptic” looking jewelry that is not quite for everyday use.
