When deciding to draw characters, I was immediately motivated to use as a reference the people in my life showing in images that each brings back a very dear memory. Those quick depictions allowed, even if for a brief moment, the revival of the captured events.

I eventually decided to group and mount the characters on one board as milestones of the past that now come together in a historic frieze.
