Validity is a web-based professional services organization that provides background checks to organizations - dealing mainly with Human Resources. The purpose of this project was to showcase the people behind the process - giving Validity's clients and prospects a chance to see the thought and care that goes into the service Validity provides.
As the project owner, my role was to give structure to the interview video concept as it fits into the larger "People of Validity" Campaign. Since these videos were done in house, I chose the subjects, created the interview questions, shot the interview and b-roll, then passed to our graphic designer for editing. I was then responsible for final proofing and publishing.
