We hired expert model makers to create us one plasticine model for each area of the apprenticeships on offer, from catering to construction. The campaign message was , "Your business - shaped by you".
DM included us just sending them a large lump of plasticine, with the words 'Start shaping now' and an enclosed leaflet. We followed this with tailored letters to each of their relevant departments stating just what it could mean to their business to take on an Apprentice.
