The density of cultural-entertainment centers in the capital is quite high accordingly to the other megapolicies in country, but big cities located on the periphery suffer from lack of them. Territories that were being developing in the start of XX century now needs new areas deeply integrated with environment that could offer hybrid functionality of theatres, educational centers and exhibition spaces. This kind of functionality could interest different layers of society and could became informal space for communication and social activities. 

Tasks:
The space available at any season, multifunctional usage by multiage people for social activities and for personal development; 
Free space planning, that can be transformed for maintaining different events; 
People flows design accordingly to the norms of fire safety and accessibility for persons with disabilities;
Structure:
Usage of the multi-span trusses and generic module grid gave the ability to create different kind of spaces for functional areas. The contrast between full glazed panoramic windows on top and solid volume at the bottom of the building gave the ability to separate public and private space of the building and featured into advantages of usage second light for energy preservation. In addition, the bottom level behaves as a visual pedestal for presentation to the visitors inside and for the surrounding context.

Summary results:
Developed on the 3rd course under the influence of modernism, the club was the first project created using BIM technology.
