Albert Camus/The Myth of Sisyphus
Albert Camus was a French philosopher, author, and journalist. His views contributed to the rise of the philosophy known as absurdism. In the essay "The Myth of Sisyphus", Camus introduces his philosophy of the absurd: man's futile search for meaning, unity, and clarity in the face of an unintelligible world devoid of God and eternal truths or values.
The illustration inside Camus head shows Sisyphus pushing the stone. A detail that is highlighted is a chain holding a rock . WHEN Sysiphus ACCEPTED absurd, his life has become easier ( chain is helping him metaforicaly ) , and therefore his infinite job of pushing the stone.
