This was a project done for Baylor College of Medicine for their Diabetes Program. The folder was designed to attract children ages 9-16.

The Inserts that are first seen in the folder are meant to get the patient to read about the type of diabetes they have and the steps they need to follow in order to stay healthy.

These are the postcards that the families would receive in the mail, to help guide them to go and schedule an appointment with Baylor.

The brochure breaks everything down according to the type of diabetes the patient has and also by color.

This is how the email blast would look to the parents for the child, or children who have diabetes, also encouraging them to get in contact with Baylor.

When at an event, these will be some of the promotional items that would be given away.
