Ricchetti Group Digital Properties Redesign

Redesign for one of the main italian tile producer companies.
We worked on three website (one for each brand of the Group) at once, with the aim to underline the difference between the brands in term of design and look&feel, in order satisfy the target of each company.

Website were released on Sept 2016. I worked on this project as UX Designer and Product Manager.

We started with a benchmark on competitor and comparable websites, then we analyzed the actual content and architecture of each company WS.
We worked using personas and tracked the user journey, entry points, tasks and goals, as well as main interest point. Among other findings we realized that we expect 1 on 3 users to navigate website on a mobile device, therefore we put special effort in optimizing mobile view on product listing and detail info.
Then we started designing the new architecture, features and wireframes for the new websites.
After UX Design we set content taxonomy and listed all existing and new content in a DB we used to import data in the new CMS.
We thought about a multiple choice test to drive the product choice, in order to empathize with users and find a more effective way to show product style and add a human touch on a generally cold felt product.
