This project was to design a tape dispenser. The final tape dispenser would be casted and can be of any material.
The first step I took was to take A2 paper and just draw multiple concepts as the come to mind not really caring about material or anything. I ended up with about 12 pages covered in drawings. After I have done this i took one concept and created a page as the one you can see below. this was the final design I chose to go with for the tape dispenser.
After that i went and made CAD Models of the tape dispenser. Unfortunatly I don't have any pictures of this part but below yo can see a rendered images of the final body of the tape dispenser.
after that i created a patter out of wood for the project
I then used the pattarn to cast a mould for the final tape dispenser as you can see the mould below.
After which I casted the final project and added the tape cutter tap the dispenser.
