Numa primeira fase, foi realizado o molde directo do corpo feminino. Com o molde feito, uniram-se ambas as partes e com poliuretano expansível obteve-se o positivo do molde.
Paralelamente foram cortadas diversas elipses de de 2 mm de ferro negro. cada peça foi moldada manualmente, tendo por guia os músculos de superfície a a estrutura óssea. As peças foram soldadas pelo interior de modo a serem imperceptíveis.
