Despite being a design club, the Berkeley Innovation website had been outdated for many years. As a part of a small team of BI members, I worked on redesigning the website. First, we conducted user research and created a number of personas.
Two such personas I created: one an interested student and one design company HR personnel.
We each made many low-fi prototypes (sketches) and refined them during meetings to have a general idea of our theme and layouts.
We then each made low-mid fi prototypes to flesh out colours, layouts, and explore between single-page and multi-page websites.
We decided on having 3 major sections, each of which has a few smaller subsections. We each took on a section of the website - I was assigned the "about" section, which includes 3 content pages: general information about the club, a page for the class we teach, and a page of members,
