This project was completed whilst at Laban Brown Design.

The brief was to design a brochure for a new development by Countryside Properties. This design needed to reflect the prestigious view of the building, whilst keeping a clean and contemporary feel. The client wanted a design appealing to a high-end market, ensuring the property stood-out in a distinguished style.

The final design reflected the contemporary feel of the building, ensuring technical information regarding layout, style and space of the property is clearly presented. The mix of small finishing touches and strong colour blocks gives the final brochure a unique design, fully reflecting the property.

As the brochure proved popular with the client, we were also asked to create another design for a similarly built property. Programmes used to create these designs included Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.

Altogether, we created a clean and contemporary design which would attract high-end buyers. The client was thoroughly happy with the new design as it helped sell the property.
