Every summer Memphis College of Art takes a group of artists to Horn Island, a remote island 10-12 miles off the coast of Mississippi. It is a trip inspired by Walter Anderson, an artist that would frequently visit the island. We camp and explore for 10 days, then come back and make work inspired by the trip.

This year I circumnavigated the island, which overall is about 12 miles. Along the way I saw some beautiful wildlife.
