SINGLE FAMILY DWELLING AND UTILITIES, UNDERGROUND PARKING, GARDEN AND SWIMING POOL

EL VISO, ALMERIA (SPAIN)   

This single family dwelling is best a mansionette, with three storyes, underground and 700 square meters, the owners wished to have an isolated house in the middle of a plot, but this young family had a present from their parents, a plot for an "attached" house just built in all its borders (except facade), then here we are creating a non alineated facade to the street and inside space for gardens and swiming pool, the young family like their home, so I like too, including the classic style

All the facilities has been gived to the owners; underground parking (not in this house plan) and within this ground floor; truck parking, gardens and swiming pool with changing room and toilet, and also grandma´s bedroom, pet chamber (its different room, not the same),  hairdressing salon...  

First floor; bedrooms, bathrooms, office an extra sitting room, laundry room and all conected by a gallery looking around the inside place, upper the penthouse, with a bedroom and its own dressing room and bathroom

Classic style take a hard work... if you like to do a good job ,of course

In some countries architects degree is orient principally to desing, structures and installations (light, plumb...) are made by engineers. Spanish degree includes design project  and engineering building project, as you can see in next pictures

To have a complex work you don´t need a large building

Light, TV and phone lines, climate control in this house plan. In Spain Technical Code Building rules since 2003, and now buildings includes energy solar systems, forced ventilation, a new noise isolation and too much new things, of course, all this are available in this house too
