In this project I was asked to recreate artwork for old textile prints that were deep within our archive library at Reebok. After being provided with the below two images (and physical sample of spandex) , I then quickly went to work to develop an as close to the original version. It is important to know where you have been to know where you are going, as heritage and brand identity all spawn from a companies original successes. Reebok had been known in the 80s and 90s as the #1 brand that had great print / textile / color / and product design. I have then applied the new graphic to a footwear cad for possible print applications.
