While this is a primarily a kinetic type piece, animating Sylvia Plath’s excerpt about the fig tree from her book “The Bell Jar". I included some flat vector designs to enhance the story the written work tells. I searched for a font that had a wide range within its family, but would allow me to have a unified look throughout. I wanted a clean and minimal feel to the type. While this excerpt has serious content, I didn't want the colour palette to appear too somber, so Ifound a balance between bold and mature.
