A mile-long retail and mixed-use development in central China featuring 5 distinct and heavily themed retail and entertainment 'districts'. Program included 3 hotels, site-wide retail and dining at ground level with residential on above floors. A themed trolley line provides on-site transportation and a themed 'Riverwalk' provides strolling opportunities and features views into the adjoining themeparks. The cental entertainment district features and iconic ferris wheel and choreographed waterfeatures. In abundance throughout the project, are themed waterfeatures, shade structures, stylized paving, site furnishings, extensive gardens and topiary.
