Handwritten definitions of silence are beamed into a water filled mirror and appear on the wall for a few seconds. Every time a drop of melted ice hits the water, the writings are shattered for a moment.
The installation illustrates the indefinability of silence. Every attempt to find a definition may describe an aspect of the phenomenon but never grasps it as a whole.
