Dyslexia Awareness Week-University Work 2013/2014

This work is part of a group project from my first year of university to promote the dyslexia awareness week.
We decided to develop a game to get students involved, the original idea was a virtual reality game in open areas on campus (at the beginning we were not given a budget to work within as ideas were wanted first). The game would simulate to a point some of the things that dyslexics experience and encourage students to seek advice from student support if they experience any of the things that are highlighted in the game.
The inspiration for the virtual reality game came from Flypad by Blast Theory
The game idea was later developed into an arcade style game for on campus and also would be available for tablet, phone and online.

These are the 'mascots' of the campaign and the characters that are used in the game.
