The concept of the project is tailored to the needs of the client.
We are in Amsterdam, in a recently restored area, the former port area of Borneo-Sporenburg.
We have a lot 3x9 mt.
Here will live 2 gay girls, a snake (their pet) and one guest rotating
between these 3: a hairdresser, the friend who curated an art exhibitions and the grand son of one of the girls.
Most of the time, when the room is not occupied, it is rented for short periods.
Hence the name of the project: 3+1=%
Materials selected are simple and respond to a philosophy of Northern life. From the wooden parquet floor to unfinished walls, reinforced concrete left, up the transparency of glass and wire mesh, without forgetting the green outdoor garden.
