These drawings were done on tracing paper and compiled on top of eachother. This presentation allows viewers to interact with the piece in a way where they can see the ages combine together to make a single entity

This Tryptich is about how we age with our family. It depicts a father and son. each image represents 10 years of them aging together. This goes from the birth of the son to when he has his own son. 
I wanted to depict aging in this way, because it reflects how our memory works. We often segment our identity to bands of time. 
This drawing is about aging and growth. As each cell splits upward the tree embodies a bigger presence. this drawing is done with charcoal and ink.
This illustration looks at aging from a scientific standpoint. It shows how telomeres reflect our age.

These cards are a documentary of an hour in my life. There are 60 cards and each card represents a minute. I drew quickly the first thing I saw at the beginning of each minute, so that way I could allow the viewers to see into 60 minutes of my life.
