The Kleinman Center for Energy Policy at The University of Pennsylvania is focused on engaging with students who are interested in learning about energy policy by forging strong connections with researchers, policymakers, and corporations. They came to Untuck to design their inaugural annual report, which we strategically decided to treat with a clean, modern and Swiss aesthetic. Not only did this approach work well with their philosophy, but the Kleinman Center had plans to take the design for the annual report and apply it to collateral pieces that would be produced in the future, and this approach would make it easier for them to set up collateral pieces on their own. We chose a bright, hopeful color palette and gradients applied to abstract energy imagery to convey the idea of steady change.
