A Photographic Documentary by Michael Ririe
The Now I Can book is a photographic documentary that shares the intensive physical therapy of patients with severe physical disabilities. I began photographing at Now I Can at the beginning of 2011, and spent time with and photographed eighteen patients. The book documents the patients, the therapists, and the process. The stories of nine patients are also written and told by their parents. The book is hardbound, linen wrapped, and printed in a beautiful stochastic duotone process. 

This book was made to both raise awareness for the Now I Can Foundation, and raise money for the Now I Can therapy grant fund. All proceeds will benefit families who cannot afford this very important therapy.
