Festival de Bestuiving
About the Festival
ENG : "de Bestuiving" is an initiative of Pollination. Our motto is Do It Together (D.I.T.). The festival offers the audience a day of live music from international and national bands. Besides shows the performing artists get the chance to inspire each other with their music and ideas. The audience gets for a fairly low price per ticket the chance to see and meet bands from various different places and genres. So don't be afraid to pollinate!
NL : "de Bestuiving" is een initiatief van Pollination met het motto Do It Together (DIT). Naast een dag vol live concerten krijgen artiesten de kans om met elkaar te netwerken en elkaar te inspireren. Voor het publiek is het festival een buitenkans om voor een schappelijke prijs een groot aantal opkomende bands uit diverse stromingen binnen de muziek te ontdekken. Pollination heeft bij de programmering de krenten uit de pap van hun steeds groter wordende netwerk van bands gehaald.

We made shirts, program leaflets, artist badges, buttons. All with no budget, we all contributed and made the festival together.
A month before the festival took place, we decided to do some stunts. We labeled bear bottles with our festival de bestuiving logo. We gave muffins to people, as a gift from us. And some of us where walking dressed as an imker through the city and venues
