The material I selected was a whether resistant plastic and in an off white colour, so when you go to sit on the chair on a hot day it wouldn't be to hot to sit on, also the sun would not eat in to the plastic as readily as a brightly coloured plastic.
This chair was designed in Solidworks and then rendered in Photoview 360. To test if the chair was able to withstand the load I ran a simulation test of 200kg on the seat.
Solidworks stress test to see if the chair would pass the safety factor of 2. The safety factor of this chair is 22.
