Mental Model Poster
An extension of the persona work we did is this mental model map, designed for an internal audience and, by interviewing students and instructors about their attitudes and behaviors and then organizing them by various themes.
Mental Model Detail - Instructors
The map contains verbatim quotes from participants represented by the persona they most aligned with. You can also see methods of communication or access and which personas participate in each activity represented by the color coded circles.
