Arthur is a lizard mutant that was once a man before the bomb dropped. His internal structure is made from armature wire, plumber's putty, and medical gauze to thicken him up. I used the technique of replaceable arms, legs, and heads, and I built up his hand and tentacle using liquid latex. His eyes and mouth are also posable. and he stands at 9 1/2 inches tall.
