The concept on this documentary is to show different perspectives about the people who work with bamboo on their own unique way, highlighting the reasons and purposes of using this incredible material; from traditional to contemporary use and expanding social areas of impact.
Bamboo grows naturally in Indonesia and has played an important role in numerous communities throughout history. We want people to further appreciate this amazing grass preserving its traditional use now and for the future.
It was created with really simple video equipments in less than a month but we shared an inmense passion for this video and for bamboo! All our time and energy was dedicated to this project and we are now proud and enthusiastic to show the result to as many people as possible.
