Site area: 15, 0512 sqm

 

The purpose of this project was to analyze the current urban condition of the site, which is the result of an historical transformation, through an understanding of its social, morphological, functional,environmental, and perceptual characters in relation to both local conditions and the larger city scale. This information was then used to generate a multifunctional island incorporating a residential block, retail outlet and clubhouse.
