Problem Statement: Using an assigned artist, create a pair of salt and pepper shaker based on their work and their style of design. 

 

My salt and pepper shaker is based off of Aalto's stacking stools. This is a set of three, that way the consumer can have paprika or any other spices. They are simple and elegant and can be used for any spice. A consumer can buy several sets and use them for all of their spices.

 

The shakers are loaded through the top. The top of the shaker is a screw off top so they are easy to fill. This isn't shown in the models. They screw would be hidden by the top wooden ring. These could be made of either glass and bent wood or acrylic and bent wood.
