Spotted
Spotted is an activism platform that can be in collaboration with UNHCR. Spotted also contains concept application linked with Facebook to warn and help the refugee scamming crisis for Social Media smuggling.
Smugglers are using Facebook and other media as a way to scam desperate refugees by luring them to give out boats if they pay certain amounts. They end up giving the refugees broken boats or even killing them as they take their money.
The user don't need to log in separately if they are logged into facebook.
The user can simply write down the facebook page and the app will ask how the user spotted the page. It will help build statistics.
The app will lead the user to the suspicion meter, which is an automated service with gathered location services data of where the owner of that page has logged in. Then the user will receive a Thank You note from the application for submission.
