Modular construction, while large-scale in nature, maintains a very strict industry tolerance of fabricated components. These accuracies are critical to ensure precise fits during the final installation phase. Fenstermaker has invested in the proper tools, training, and standards necessary to achieve these advanced requirements. Sub-millimeter 1" and 1/2" total stations, along with high speed laser scanners, are well-suited to handle any dimensional control challenge. However, precision instruments without proper targeting will yield nominal results. Fenstermaker's in-house fabricators have the expertise to create custom targets adapted to the unique challenges associated with large-scale fabrication.

Fenstermaker’s key personnel include piping and structural designers, engineers and professional surveyors. These specialists are capable of reading design plans, evaluating the difference between design and fabrication, and then noting the subtle differences critical to proper alignment.

Our SurvDC specialists can assist your team in the structural layout and piping reduction necessary for fabrication. Fenstemaker’s team can report dimensional control results in many different formats. All final deliverables are signed and certified by licensed engineers and land surveyors.
