Shy Light is easily frightened. When Shy Light realizes that someone is in front of him, he begins to get anxious and will begin to panic. However when he has space, Shy Light calms down and lights up the room with his life. Shy Light uses temporal illuminance to help us evolve our perception of everyday objects from things into beings. By appearing as an ordinary object, Shy Light begins to open up and become a personality that many of us share with him. We begin to realize that we need to give him space in order for him to function with his full potential very much like a human needing space in order to comfortably be themselves.
