Sagres é uma marca de cerveja de Portugal que nasceu em 1940, como cerveja de prestígio, criada para representar a Sociedade Central de Cervejas na Exposição do Mundo Português. Marcou o início da exportação de cerveja, aportando primeiramente a Gibraltar, continuando para os Açores e para os territórios Ultramarinos de Angola, CaboVerde, Guiné, SãoTomé e Príncipe, Timor, Goa, Macau e Moçambique.

Sagres is a beer brand from Portugal founded in 1940, as a prestigious beer, created to represent the Sociedade Central de Cervejas (Central Beer Society) in the Portuguese World Expo (Exposição do Mundo Português). It marked the beggining of beer exports, with Gibraltar as the primary target, following Azores and the oversea colonies of Angola, Cape Verde, Guinea, São Tomé and Príncipe, Timor, Goa, Macao, and Mozambique.
