Core City asked us to come up with a logo and brochure to sell a boutique development of premium apartments in Newmarket, Auckland. We created a concept that reflected the buzz of Newmarket life, featuring day and night entertainment, great shopping, art galleries and easy transport links to the CBD. The brochure was produced on uncoated stock in a large (A3) format to create a suitably urban vibe. The logo is purposely understated, a simple elegant solution that lets the location do the talking. The launch was a big success with over 50% being sold in the first few weeks.
