Toasted Pheasant Bistro is a small restaurant cafe located in Tampa, Florida. After increased pressure from far flung fans of his previous restaurant concept in Indian Rocks Beach, the owner (and chef) decided to start a new concept closer to his most admiring clientele. Born in England and trained in France, the owner decided he wanted to create his own take on simple and affordable French American cuisine.

All work designed and developed while employed as creative director of 3Square Studios. Client had already decided on the concept name, I just made it look good and attached a story and atmosphere to it.
