After visiting the Cleveland Museum of Natural History and viewing fossil specimens the student was to choose an extinct animal or plant and to illustrate what it would have looked like when it was alive. For this project the focus was to use 3D modeling skills to show the Sea Scorpion which was a giant arthropod that lived in ocean banks during the Silurian period.
