Rheumatoid arthritis is a chronic disease that attacks multiple joints in the affected person’s body, most commonly in their hands and wrists.The most common symptoms that a person with either type of arthritis can experience are: pain during or after movement, joints feeling tender when pressure is applied, stiffness due to lack of movement, loss of flexibility, feeling or hearing a grating noise or sensation, and bone spurs which form around the joint.
