A dynamic, agile process which sources human-centered solutions from the community itself and generates local capacity. Innovator profiles are developed under each thematic area of resiliency and used to source an innovator pool within each neighborhood. The most creative minds collectively represent their neighborhoods in an Innovation Incubator, in which entrepreneurs engage first-hand with resiliency challenges using human-centered design.
