Sana’a is the capital of Yemen, it is has been inhabited for more than 2,500 years. I wanted to focus on the architectural part of the country, especially in the old city because it is what makes Sana’a stand out and makes it unique, with many beautiful geometric architectural elements, and the beautiful colorful stained windows, that are not seen a lot in the Middle East. It also is one of the UNESCO world heritage sites.

Looking to the future with a positive insight, by 2040, I see Sana’a as a strong city that has overcome all the darkness it is currently going through and rebuilt itself and coming back to show itself to the world as a strong city that has risen back on its feet while maintaining its culture, heritage and history.
