Originally, I wanted to make a volleyball video, not a love story with only two actors but the gym was always filled with practices every day that I had to film something else.
The core concept for my video was simply having little cute scenes go along with one of my favorite songs. I had hoped to have every action fit with the lyrics but it didn’t work out for every scene. I just wanted to show a simple story between a boy and a girl meeting and soon enough falling in love with each other. The inspiration for the video was the song, when I typically scrolled through my songs and heard it, scenes were already flashing in my head that I had to draw it out. Besides that, there wasn’t really anything else that inspired me to make the video. The storyline might not be clear in the video itself but it’s typically about the guy making all the advances while the girl doesn’t do much about it. But in the end, while the boy is a bit upset and worried that she does not like him back, it becomes clear that she does by holding his hand.
