Design Development for a Portable Amphitheater which aims to improve London's street culture through entertainment and education. A collaborative project developed together with Goldsmiths College Alumni, Sustrans and Sadler's Wells Theatre for the TFL Future Streets Incubator.
This user centred system features a modular theatre which functions as part of a network drawing the audience into less used squares, parks and streets. Actors can perform in the space and also teach the local community performance arts. The space can then be used by the community. The system is ideal for fringe areas where permanent arts spaces are not feasible.
