Karaesushi is a high profile Japanese restaurant with karaoke facility. This restaurant is very particular in providing their best performance and well-known for its hygiene and delicious dishes with good service. This restaurant is targeting on family dining. Karaesushi is a high profile Japanese restaurant with karaoke facility. Karaesushi is located in fourth floor of Paragon Shopping Mall, Orchard Road Singapore. Orchard is a comercial district and part of the Central Region and Singapore’s central business district.
There are some requirements to consider. The design must have reception, cashier, drinking bar, waiting area, sushi bar, dining areas, karaoke rooms, and kitchen. Reception is area for customers to book reservation for seat or karaoke room, while cashier is particularly for payment. Sushi bar must have sushi train and have individual seat in front. Dining areas must be various; there are table for two, table for group, tatami seating, and booth seating; so that customers are free to choose their preference. Karaoke rooms must separate into two types, which are for small and big group; there must be sound system, TV screen, and music screen. Kitchen requires hot kitchen, meat preparation area, vegetable preparation area, dishwashing area, walk-in freezer , walk-in chiller, dry storage, servery, pick up area and locker room.
