Series: The Fear of Presence
This project is an exploration in experiential atmosphere. Inspired by the concept art by Tyrus Wong for Disney's Bambi, I worked with the symbolism of deer to express the feeling of the sublime and uncanny. The deer is a vessel for the viewer to enter the space and empathize with an existence that is hypervigilant.
