This spring collection began with the experimentation of texture within knitwear. While doing so I found myself very inspired by the huge variety of textures also found in sea coral. The pieces created have organic textures that seem to grow along the human body. The soft and delicate materials contrast with the solid forms to simulate the contrast between sea coral and the fluidity of the water that surrounds it. This piece was machine knit using monofilament.
