The Farmer Frog came to fruition sketching in a coffee shop one afternoon.
I wanted to get away from tight detailed sketches, instead focusing more on color and form. Using Prismacolor Art Stix (basically colored pencils without the wood casing) I began to just hash out shapes, designs and patters. Focusing more on the feeling of the doodle than the technical details
A "crafty" version where I glued glitter over the sun highlights and then poured resin on top of the whole piece.
